(Reuters) -Anti-aircraft units destroyed 10 Ukrainian drones over three areas of Russia's southern Rostov region, acting Governor Yuri Slyusar said early on Wednesday.
Slyusar, writing on the Telegram messaging app, said falling drone debris triggered an explosion and fire on the roof of a four-storey apartment building in the city of Rostov-on-Don. He said officials were clarifying whether there were any casualties.
