Ronda Rousey, 38, is a real-life wonder woman. The former UFC and WWE fighter—and the first American woman to win an Olympic medal in judo, earning bronze at the 2008 Summer Olympics—is still proving herself to be a superhero off the mat. Now a mom of two, Rousey shares daughters La'akea Makalapuaokalanipō, 4, and Liko'ula Pā'ūomahinakaipiha, 8 months, with husband Travis Browne.

In a recent video shared to social media, Rousey can be seen wearing a tiny Wonder Woman bikini, showing off her strong and sculpted post-baby figure.
She captioned the post, “Been meaning to post this 4th of July cold plunge/word game we use to pass the time while chillin in the salmon chiller 🐟🥶 only took over a month to get around to it 😅 happy belated bday ‘Merica🎂🇺🇸 take this wonder woman bikini as tribute to my patriotism🫡👙,” before jumping into a freezing cold plunge and facing the icy water like the champion she is.
In the video, Rousey plays a word game—seemingly with Browne behind the camera—while powering through the cold with grit and laughter.

Though Rousey never officially retired from professional fighting, she told Ellen DeGeneres in 2018 that she was about as likely to return to the ring as she was to the Olympics. These days, she’s focused on her family, creative pursuits—including writing—and running Browsey Acres, the regenerative ranch she owns with Browne.
